Big claim
It took a long time to process this claim but, given the size of the claim, that was understandable. The premiums are quite high and for previous pets, this seemed questionable. However, our current cat had an unusual problem that was difficult to diagnose. We hope we now understand what this chronic problem is. This time around, the insurance was well worth it.

Very happy with Nationwide Pet Insurance!
We recently adopted 2 lab mix puppies and thought pet insurance would be a good idea. One puppy has needed surgery (in addition to spay). It was nice not to worry about whether or not we could afford it. Claims were easy to submit and were paid quickly. Love that payments are deposited directly into our bank account.

This company is amazing. Knowledgeable and friendly staff available 24/7. Our claim for our 8 month old, 80 lb wide open Lab was processed in only a few days. We’ve never had pet insurance before, and are grateful to have Trupanion coverage on our big clumsy baby boy!

Couldn't be without Nationwide
We just went thru a tragic situation with our cat, Manny who was diagnosed with inoperable lymphoma. Filing the claims for each visit with our vet and vets in consultation could't have been easier and quickly done. I used the new app VitusVet to enter notes for each visit and file my claims with Nationwide. Love it and plan on using the same app for the rest of our fur family members. I really hope our Vet joins this service soon. Thank you Nationwide for service and support of our family.

Your Support of my Fur Babies means a lot to me.
Thank you for watching over us and our furbaby Manny. Unfortunately Manny passed away two days ago from his illness. I appreciate your invite to the Vethelpline and will keep it in mind should we need some help in the future. In this situation, I'm not sure who could have helped our favorite friend but its nice to know all of you were here watching over us and that perhaps we were in your thoughts and prayers. Cancer in animals is a devastating thing to endure.
