Breathe easy because ASPCA Pet Health Insurance does help.

Our big puppy, 3 yr old 110 pound Akita, loves playing with his sister. In one of their play sessions he ruptured his cruciate ligament. When your pet is your child and part of the family you do what you can to save their life. The surgery was around $6000, but the health insurance did exactly what they said. $250 deductible and covered 90%. We were nervous because it was the first time we submitted a claim, but they reimbursed us within 2 weeks so we were able to pay the credit card bill quickly. I recommend them for everyone. It is piece of mind.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE...I believe I've had Pets Best since July of this year. Each time they take longer and longer to process the claims. I submitted one claim on Sep 9th and it is now Oct 4th. I've yet to receive any money back and I don't know if they'll even end up covering anything (his last set of vaccinations including rabies shot) because for his 2nd set of shots they said we were at our limit. NOT ONLY have they not fully processed my claim but this very morning they charge me for their monthly payment (close to $100) rolling my eyes so hard.

Quick and easy claims process -- excellent customer service!

If my dog needs a procedure, I don't hesitate because of cost because I know I will get a lot of money back through Healthy Paws. It's really great peace of mind! Submitting a claim is incredibly easy and I get my money back through direct deposit. The team has even followed up after a surgery claim to see how my dog was recovering.

Very long claim process time

Prices go up yearly. Claim process takes week, so even though they say they will pay the vet directly no vet will wait weeks for payment so you have to pay up front. Then they mailed the reimbursement check to the hospital even though I filled out all of my bank account information through the app for reimbursement.

Would'nt change inshurance companies for nothing. You guys are the best.

Thank you for always checking in on Doobie. He is doing real good despite his cancer which is thank god not growing. he is playfull and acting like a typical dog he is very happy and active for a 14 year old. i will still have him scanned with the ultra sound and xrays to see whats happening but for now hes good. I submitted my very first claim on sept 18,2019. Today is October 4th, 2019. Been reading so many bad reviews I thought I’d check my claim and to my surprise 16 days later it just says received. It’s probably sitting on someone’s desk. I paid my policy in full for the entire year. I’m thinking of cancelling and getting a reimbursement if they even do that.

Emergency surgery

My 2 year old Swissy ate a sock and had to have emergency surgery. The first thing on our mind was getting her the help she needed. Needless to say this was an unexpected and expensive accident. I cannot say enough good things about how simple and good an experience I had with Nationwide. From calling customer service who gave me helpful and useful tips. I would highly recommend to any let parent.
