User friendly and well conceived
Nationwide is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. Customer service is very friendly and very helpful. I submitted several claims recently and the response was completed on a timely basis. I did not have to wait long and I was reimbursed quickly afterwards. Nationwide should be on every dogs side
The peace of mind that comes with a nationwide policy for my dog is unprecedented. The ease of filing a claim, the ability to speak with a live human being located within the United States and so many other factors make the choice of nationwide so easy. I would not own a dog unless he was covered by a nationwide policy.

Making a difficult process seemless
Nationwide has made the claim process painless. I have been submitting claims since Dec 2018 for IVDD, and March 2019 Osteosarcoma, neither diagnosis promising, yet NW has been extremely efficient, and typically reimburses in less than 30 days. On a few occasions reimbursement has been as quick as 3-5 days. Thank you for the promptness and efficiency in a difficult situation/prognosis.
