So easy to use and provides great comfort
We've had this insurance for our Great Dane for quite a few years now and wouldn't be without it. It so easy to file a claim online. Anytime I've had to call in to speak with a representative, everyone's been very helpful and polite.

Very fair and very fast payment once claims were submitted!
Very fair and very fast payment. Had a check in my hand within 2 weeks after claim filed. Thank goodness for Nationwide Pet Insurance. We were looking at a cost of $6000 for Ozzy's TPLO surgery so the insurance helped a lot.

Slow pay.
I submitted a claim on 9/24, and as yet 10/9 has not been completed. Keep asking for additional info when i have sent already sent vet invoice and diagnostics. Seems they are just delaying processing the claim.

This has been a TOUGH year for us and our girl. The year began with a mast-cell tumor and 2 surgeries to eradicate it. Add several bouts of gastritis, another growth (happily benign) and follow-up ultrasounds to make sure the cancer hasn't spread. I am SO grateful to have insurance through Nationwide to help with the stress. You guys are helpful, kind and efficient. Everyone should have pet-insurance with you guys!

Nationwide insurance is the Best pet insurance ever,, having it can save your pets life.
I tell everyone I meet with pet to get nationwide pet insurance because they do what they say. I highly recommend it. The staff is amazing. When a pet is ill or injured the period is very stressful. having Nationwide alleviates some of the stress and being able to speak to a knowledgeable and helpful person give a level of comfort knowing that you don't have to choose between paying the mortgage or rent and providing the care your pet needs. Apollo my Yorkie needed orthopedic surgery the cost was in the thousands, the plan I have chosen covered the surgery. Apollo is on his way to full recovery.
