Easiest claim i've ever had to put in!
Thank you so much for making one of the hardest things to deal with so easy. My dog is my baby and to have to deal with her being hit by car was awful. But knowing that I might receive help with the bill and the fact that it was super easy to process and took barely anytime to get repaid made it so much easier. She is doing so well now, almost time to finally take her cone off. She can't wait. Thank you again from both of us!

Amazing service. I am grateful for the insurance. We had a real scare with my puppy. She required two surgeries and multiple rounds of meds. Nationwide’s services from the Vethelpline to the ease of faxing the receipts eased the worries. I am so appreciative.

Fast, easy, claims and good. coverage
Nationwide covered most of the cost of Rock's TPLO surgery (77% covered). I appreciate how quickly they processed the claims. I was concerned his second knee would not be covered, but was happy with the results.

Great Pet Insurance
ASPCA petfinder.com Health Insurance is fantastic. We have unfortunately had some medical issues with our dog. In every instance, ASPCA reviewed the information and re-imbursed us for the full 90% as specified in our contract. Their communication by computer is accurate and relatively fast. The checks take a couple of weeks to get here, but that's not a problem. Recommend them highly.

Sets our mind at ease
Gimlet is undergoing treatment for cancer. The ease of claim submission, along with customer service and payment is great. It is stressful enough to be going through this with Gimlet, but knowing we can do all we can for her, sets our minds at ease.

The claim process was a very quick turnaround and fairly easy to do, but follow-up and communication needs improvement
We recently submitted a claim following vet visit and procedures for Teddy. The claim form was easy to find, but I wish there was a quicker online form instead of having to download the PDF to fill out then resubmit. Following that, the claim reimbursement was quick. The only qualms I had was that I did not get up-front/ clear expectations of the next steps. I wish I would get a more personalized email letting me know the details of the claim.
