Best. Insurer. Ever.
Healthy Paws have consistently looked after our golden doodle Alfie since he was a pup. More recently he had to have life saving surgery after he ate AstroTurf at daycare. It was the worse 48 hours of our life and we could make decisions without thinking of the cost. Our only consideration was how to get our sweet Alfie back to health. Before you even get your dog, get insurance and Healthy Paws is the best. We love being part of the Healthy Paws family.

This insurance saved our dogs life!
Tikaani developed a deadly Hemolytic anemia and would not have lived if we hadn’t caught it soon enough. We were beyond lucky. The large expense to treat him would have made it impossible for most people to bear without insurance. Healthy paws paid for the life-saving procedure and we could not be more grateful! They saved us over $12,000 and Tikaani is home. Please, insure your pets and we highly recommend Healthy paws!

Absolutely worth having!
Healthy Paws is the reason we didn’t have to have our dog put down on Christmas Eve. He ruptured 2 discs, was in tremendous pain, and couldn’t use his hind legs. There is no way we could have afforded an almost $9000 vet bill to save our dog. Because we had Healthy Paws insurance we were able to afford to get him the surgery he needed. He is recovering amazingly! We have had to file two big claims in the last two years and Healthy Paws has really come through for us. They paid claims as per our policy. Absolutely worth having!!

Great Service. Easy, no hassle claim process.
I started policies on our four rescued Galgos a year ago. I was starting to wonder if we really needed the coverage; my dogs were young. What were the chances of me making a claim that would cover the monthly premiums? Then my 5 year old, Paquita, started exhibiting symptoms which were of concern to my regular vet who referred us to a specialist. It was Thanksgiving. I was unable to get an appointment so I had her admitted as an emergency. I didn't stop to check my Healthy Paws policy/coverage. I simply wanted the best care available immediately. A month later, after the initial scare and a promising prognosis, the credit card bills were due. I logged into the app expecting a long, cumbersome claims process. The only thing I was asked to do was submit copies of the hefty invoices. I uploaded them all expecting many of them to be rejected for one reason or another Within 3 days 80% of my expenses (-$250 deductible) were approved for reimbursement. Absolutely no hassle at all. The only question I received -- was Paquita recovering from the invasive tests she’d undergone? Followed by wishes for a quick recovery. From start to finish the process was simple and communication timely. I am so impressed with the service and kindness I received. It’s such a relief to know that all four of them are covered and that I’ll always be able to give them the very best care available.
