Wonderful experience

We have the BEST experience with trupanion. The claims process is so easy and I love that I can chat with a representative with questions. I love when you send hugs to our Ragnar ??

When I first signed up it was not transparent that although there was ''no waiting period'' there really was and that should have been more transparent.

When I first signed up it was not transparent that although there was ''no waiting period'' there really was and that should have been more transparent. My dog's illness was not covered even though I thought I was doing the responsible thing. That is the only reason o went with Trupanion without thinking of the others because they appeared to offer something the other companies didn't but they were really no different. The experience left me feeling super upset and unsure of the integrity of the company. I stayed because I had not had not taken the time to check into other insurances. I have not been able to recommend trupanion to any of my friends because of this experience.
