Amazing Service
My dog had to have emergency surgery, quite unexpectedly. While he was still under treatment and healing, I submitted my claim. Healthy Paws was quick to respond, and came through with resolving my claim in a very timely manner. I loved that they continually checked in on my pet's well-being throughout the process and his recovery. I'm so glad I invested in pet insurance with them, and would highly recommend them to all new pet owners. If only human health insurance was so easy to navigate!

Nationwide has been a fabulous company to work with. I’ve only had to call a couple of times with questions, and they’ve been answered quickly. There is a clear 30-day turnaround from the time the claim is faxed through payment, and the 90% payment has been very helpful, given some of my dog’s issues.
