AMAZING!!!
This isn’t my first review of Healthy Paws, but I just can’t say enough about the company. My 4 ½ year old Goldendoodle, Sailor, was recently hospitalized overnight for an intestinal problem, and we had to return to the ER Clinic the next night, and follow up with a visit to her regular veterinarian two days later. She had multiple x-rays, a catheter, sedation, and numerous medications, etc. and the total of all bills was approximately $ 3000. Healthy Paws processed my claims within 3 days and direct deposited my reimbursement immediately. They e-mailed me every step of the way, letting me know the progress of the claims, when they had completed processing the claims, and a final e-mail asking me how Sailor was, wishing her well, and sending her a hug! I LOVE this company! I have recommended Healthy Paws to many of my friends and to other “doodle” owners on Facebook. Great rates, impeccable customer service, and a group of people who truly care. Great service, quick responses
We have been with Healthy Paws Pet Insurance since 2014. Submitting the claims is so easy, and they are very quick at reviewing and processing the claim. The claim explanations have been very clear and easy to understand. When my dog had significant medical needs, a Healthy Paws even sent a personalized email to check in. That meant a lot!

Stay for the Customer Service
Watch your premium each year - Figo likes to play the price gouge game. That said, if you are dissatisfied, Figo will assign you an excellent customer service representative to help you assess your options and find what’s best for you. Filing a claim takes almost no time at all, and claims are processed scary fast. Overall, Figo is legit. My only criticism is that they need to pay closer attention to their underwriters and price gouging.

There are many pet insurers. So glad we choose Figo!
Once we got our new puppy, then came the task of choosing our pet insurance. There were several options available all with varying reviews and recommendations. We chose Figo because of the positive reviews and ease of use app. We never dreamed that we would need Figo so soon with our healthy pup, but we did. Our puppy basically ate a chew toy and required several rounds of medical care. Fido’s app for filing a claim was super straight forward and so convenient to use. Figo also keeps you informed every step of the process which was simple and painless. The claims were approved and the funds were in my account in a very timely manner. We are so happy we chose Figo!
