Many illnesses, many claims
My little girl has multiple illnesses. Pets Best has been there every step of the way and never giving us grief no matter how expensive a claim may have been. Our little girl would have been cared for even if we did not have insurance but I can honestly state that our lives, as 2 retirees, would have been a lot different and we would have been in severe debt. I praise Pets Best every chance that I get to any and all and hope that since they have been bought by Synchrony Bank they will remain the pets best.

When I took my dog for his yearly rabies, et al, there were a couple of tests done for his previous ailment as a checkup. I sent the entire bill to Pets Best and the extra tests were covered, which is what I wanted. The money due was promptly deposited into my checking account.
