Caring and quick resolutions - happy doggie parents
It has been a nice surprise working with Trupanion on getting our claims processed quickly and easily. It's good to know that your insurance provider does not contribute to the challenges with our dog's illness. Our vet also says they are the easiest company to deal with. Highly recommend!

Just perfect!
We have 2 dogs that are fully insured through Hartville Pet Insurance and we couldn't be happier with our choice. It is very easy to submit a claim and the waiting period hasn't been more than 3 weeks which is very reasonable! We've never had any issues with any of the claims (and we even did stem cell treatment for one of them) and their customer service is great!! We are going to continue using the Hartville Pet Insurance and I highly recommend it to anyone!

Healthy Paws is the easiest insurance company to work with. I have a policy that covers sickness and accidents. They have covered every one. I file claims from my phone and have been paid promptly every time. So glad I chose Healthy Paws!!!!

Figo is so easy and reliable!
Figo has been such a great support! I’ve found the live vet very helpful on numerous occasions to check whether I need to take my dog into the clinic, saving me time, money, and peace of mind. Also, their claim submission and reimbursement process is remarkably quick and easy. If only my own health insurance were this simple!

Great value and service!
Even though our premiums have gone up it’s worth having this as we almost lost our pup last year. Figo was friendly, responsive, timely, supportive and allowed us to afford care for our pup Stan that we otherwise would not have. Thank you so much! Without you we wouldn’t have our little guy. Best thing I ever did for my doggo
I've carried this insurance since the day my pup arrived 7 years ago at age 2-1/2 mos. The monthly premium was reasonable and affordable and I'm so glad I kept it. Not happy that I had to use it cause it meant my doggo was injured, but Trupanion was there for us and worked directly with my wonderful veterinary staff to make him well and that helped alleviate any further pain (i.e. in the wallet). I highly recommend this company. If you're going to have insurance, have it with a reputable company. It's worth it.
