Thank GAWD for Healthy Paws
Wow. What a scare we had with our 9 1/2 month lab mix. He’s the sweetest boy ever, but clearly not too bright. We rushed him to the vet when we saw him EAT A ROCK (and possibly part of his blanket earlier that day), and had to have emergency surgery. Thanks to our great doc he’s ok AND Healthy Paws paid 80% less our deductible of a HUGE vet bill. VERY easy to upload chart notes and invoices, super responsive and very clear and easy to use. Wish my own health care was this straightforward. HIGHLY recommend this for peace of mind for all pets.

Trupanion helped save our dog!!!
Our dog was diagnosed with chylothorax, a very rare condition while we were up at our cabin. We ended up taking him to emergency twice to drain liters of fluid from his chest so he could breathe while waiting for a rushed CT scan and emergency surgery followed by a 3 day hospital stay (which felt like forever to us). This all created an emotional roller-coaster for our family. Trupanion was amazing in the quality of service they provided and the speed with which they handled the claims. It allowed us to focus on what was important to get our furry family member better and get him the care he required, without financially crippling our family. Given the current pandemic situation this was especially crucial for us. We are thankful for everything that was done and Trupanion has certainly gained a life long customer!!!

Great Experience
I have had Healthy Paws for about 6 months and in that time have had to submit multiple claims for x-rays and CT scans and have had a great experience so far. Submitting a claim has been super easy, and I have had my money deposited back into my account within 3 days of submitting. On top of that customer service reached out to see how my pup was doing following her CT Scan, and when I told them she needed surgery they told me to reach out after and they would help expedite my claim. During such a stressful time with my pup, it's been great knowing I have such a wonderful insurance company standing behind me.

Smooth and quick processing and turn around.
As a new customer of PetsBest, I was not sure exactly what was covered in the vaccinations in the wellness plan. So I submitted my claims and in about one week it was processed and paid. Get Trupanion! You won’t regret it.
I decided to get Trupanion when I rescued my current dog since my last dog needed a few costly surgeries throughout his life. I am so thankful that I did. They have covered every issue that has come up with my dog so far including knee surgery, pneumonia and Ehrilichia. They work directly with my vet so I don’t have to take care of the claims and the approval is instant so I only end up having to pay what was not covered. I’m a huge advocate for Trupanion and encourage everyone I know to join when they first adopt a dog. It’s been a huge relief for me.

Trupanion literally helped save my dog's life - he was diagnosed with a rare cancer and I never could have afforded the treatment without Trupanion. It's affordable, and the claim process simple and quick.
After having a few dogs with major health issues such as cancer. The veterinary costs can add up pretty quick to thousands of dollars in a few months. I liked the fact that Healthy Paws has no maximum pay out within the year. They don't cover some expenses like office visits, annual shots, etc. but this helps to keep the premium cost down so it is more affordable. Their claim process is simple and hassle free, and the customer service is great. Also their website is user friendly and well laid out. I would recommend them to anyone.
