Trupanion changed their policy from when we originally purchased our plan.
Trupanion changed their policy from when we originally purchased our plan. We are very upset by this as the features we thought we could have are now not allowed. I would have selected a different plan that was cheaper if I had know I would not have the flexibility I was promised.
