High premium
I have been happy with Pets Best service and insurance coverage for over 5 years now. However I am not happy with the $100 premium increase on one of my dogs. Thats a big jump!

There for me and my dog
I would and have definitely recommended this company. When my 3 year old dog ended up in emergency care for 4 days I was extremely worried and scared about her, but thankfully, I did not have to worry about the bill because I found out that healthy paws actually does exactly what they advertise. I was very pleased with all aspects of the insurance

So worth it!
My dog, Murray, was a rescue when I got him. I've had a few health issues with him in the two years he has been with me, and HealthyPaws has been amazing! I'm so relieved I have it when I need it and it's peace of mind when I don't. Now, it's not an issue of whether or not I can afford to take my best bud to the vet. I know I can get him better in no time and he (and my wallet) is covered!

ASPCA doesn’t feel like holding their end up
I cannot BELIEVE how my sick cat and have been treated by ASPCA! Beware! After being a faithful customer for eight years, with the Cadillac of plans for her, ASPCA has quietly written a clause into her policy stating that her ongoing problems would now only be covered with the additional Continuing Care; they obviously didn’t reach out to inform me of this specification. She was diagnosed with bladder cancer in February of 2020; so less than a year. The vet also insists that it is NOT a preexisting condition. But ASPCA refuses to help me, labeling this as a preexisting condition. Utterly ridiculous. I will never recommend them to anyone and now my cat’s life will be cut short. They say how much they care about animals. They obviously don’t. They care about their dollars much more. I’m obviously a bit distraught right now. Ugh. This sucks.

Easy, friendly and fast
I've used Healthy Paws for years and have never had a problem. They make filing a claim very easy, are fair in their reimbursements, and friendly to work with. It gives me great peace of mind to know if my dog has to receive medical care I will be able to afford it. He recently had some minor surgery and Healthy Paws honored the claim and reimbursed my for my costs per my contract within a week. Highly recommend.

This coverage sucks! I can only take my dog to the vet once a year otherwise I've reached my max?! I will be definitely looking for better coverage even if I'm paying more.

Excellent communication
Excellent communication. Plan coverage is excellent and everything is so easy to process. I greatly appreciate that there are no hidden exclusions or unexpected things denied on my policy. This was a great purchase - we had a puppy with an injury and minor illness. I’m so happy with this plan!

I would not even give a star if there…
I would not even give a star if there was a choice! They take your money & don’t process your claims timely! Don’t waste your hard money! Don’t get it or cancel ASAP!!! Get you the Care Credit card for what you pay monthly you can do that with Care Credit at 18 months no interest! This company is such a scam and they sit on claims!!!! Don’t fall for the cancellation specialist who will do anything to get you to not cancel and push you to the back burner!!!! Trust me it’s a fight to get them to pay a claim and they just SIT there never assigned to a claims specialist for processing!!! They only want $$$$$$$ all lies don’t fall for all you have to do is submit on line!! Never again will I be taken advantage of!! Disgrace!!!!!!

Blown away by the customer service and attention to details
First time I've purchased pet insurance and this is on my Australian Shepherd youngster. I got the insurance policy AND the Wellness Rewards policy to boot. Because Fizz is young, I opted to schedule him for a wellness check to fill out the orthopedic exam for waiver of waiting period (rough and tumble boy!) I got a reminder that Embrace had not received it (Vet's office was faxing in, but sometimes those things fail), so I sent an email with the Filled/signed form from the Vet, as well as an image of the bill that I paid for that appointment. I never thought about it falling under the Wellness Rewards, I simply sent it to show that it was actually performed at the Vet's office. Next thing I know, I've gotten an email 3 business days later confirming they received my form and the waiver is applied on the orthopedic side, and 3 business days after that an email confirming they've accepted, processed, and paid for that visit under my Wellness Rewards and a check is on it's way! I think there's a whole lot of industries out there that could take a lesson in how to take care of your customers! Thank you so much!!
