Great customer service!
Great customer service! We have been lucky and have not had to use the health insurance as my pups have stayed healthy (knock on wood) but anytime I have had questions about anything they have always helped out, and done so with great/positive customer service.

It would be a 10 but for the change in the cost of premiums.
It would be a 10 but for the change in the cost of premiums. I have always used Trupanion but to raise my cost so significantly, considering I havent put a claim in for 8 years for Itsy. Its unfair especially in this economic crunch
