Every person I’ve ever dealt with at Trupanion has always gone above and beyond.
Every person I’ve ever dealt with at Trupanion has always gone above and beyond. Erin was just the latest in a long list of amazing people I’ve dealt with at Trupanion. If human health insurance companies had half the bedside manner and compassion as Trupanion: our health care system would be far more equitable, and Americans would be far happier and healthier. In such a stressful time, when our pup & cat sons and daughters have to undergo surgery or have a serious health issue, the last thing us parents should have to or need to worry about, especially in this economy and this pandemic, is “How am I going to pay for this?” It’s not a question of IF — it’s a question of HOW, because we love our fur babies and would do anything for them. With that being said, I’m eternally grateful for discovering Trupanion, and I refer it to *every* dog parent I meet, whether I know them or not. Trupanion’s coverage is fair and clear, claims are processed quickly, and most importantly: every person on the Trupanion team is kind and patient. I can’t stress that last part enough. God willing, you will never need to use pet insurance — but the peace of mind that comes with having Trupanion is priceless.
