I took time in choosing pet insurance for my dog, Rookie. I chose Spot because it had 2 different tiers. I chose the Gold tier. It covered everything i needed for Rookie. I have health insurance why shouldn't Rookie. It was a life saver.

Thumbs up Pets Best Insurance
I purchased Pets Best Health Insurance for my golden retriever when she was young. I would recommend insurance early in the dog's life before any preexisting conditions are identified. It was discovered that my dog has hip dysplasia. Pets Best has covered every claim that I've submitted, as described in my policy. Occasionally, there is a hoop to jump through with vet notes, but that should be expected to some degree. It does take a couple of weeks for a claim to process, which could improve, but overall, I would highly recommend Pets Best.

We have been extremely happy with Spot
We have been extremely happy with Spot. We’ve never had pet insurance on our animals before. When we got our youngest dog the vet tech encouraged us to look into getting insurance on him. I’m so thankful that she did. Our pup has severe allergies. These visits have been a lot financially, but Spot has made the process of filing claims easy. Just upload the receipt of the visit along with the notes. We usually have the reimbursement within 48hrs.
