Easy hassle-free claim process
The app claim submission is super easy. Every time emailed a question I got a response within a day, usually same day. Satisfied with the coverage and pay out was what I expected per policy.

Insurance should be covering an emergency exam if the the patient is bitten and has to be rushed to the vet for an examination
I will be looking at replacing my insurance with your company. You are an expensive insurance, that should be covering the cost of the vet bill for emergency treatment.

I submitted my first claim with Pets…
I submitted my first claim with Pets Best and was very please with my experience! Pets Best makes it very easy to submit a claim but simply taking a picture of the invoice and uploading it online. I didn’t realize how much of the services they would actually reimburse so I was grateful to see they covered basically the entire visit for my puppy! I’m looking forward to utilizing Pets Best for ongoing services.

Simply the best!
This is our second major claim with Trupanion and the claim process was seamless. The folks there are prompt with all claim submittals and they even accepted direct submittals from our veterinary hospital. We never knew how important pet insurance was until we needed it—we are so thankful we chose Trupanion.

Best furbaby coverage company
I have had Figo for one dog for 2 years and have frequently used the coverage on her active injury lifestyle. Fortunately our other dog has been covered for 1 year and have had no medical problems (yet). They are the best pet insurance I have had the pleasure of working with no reason to compare or change. Figo stands behind their coverages and expedient payout reimbursements. Thank you for covering our furbabies. You're awesome!

Claim process took long, but otherwise OK
My cat was having trouble breathing last year. Took her to the vet and they diagnosed her with congestive heart failure. Since I have insurance, I decided to give her a chance and let the vet do an emergency procedure. That and the hospitalization at the heart specialist was over $3,000 total. We submitted the claims right away, but it took PetsBest over a month to process it. During that month I had to bring my cat back in for more follow-ups and procedures. Not having an approved first claim did make me feel uneasy about swiping my credit card for the visits. That being said, after the first claim went through, all subsequent claims were approved within a week. The amount they reimbursed me was how much I was expecting as well.

So grateful for Healthy Paws
I am sooo grateful that I got Healthy Paw insurance for my Lamont as a puppy. It’s been a literal lifesaver, and HP has been a big part of that. I can’t imagine the difficult choices families must make when a pet gets ill or injured. The website for claims is quite simple and the client service folks really care about your pet. I refer everyone that gets a pet to Healthy Paws!
