Dealing with Trupanion as my dogs insurance provider has been amazing. The claims have been easy to submit and everything that was promised to be covered has. With my 2 year old Newfoundland having to have bilateral TPLO surgery they literally have been a life savor. I will always have my pets with Trupanion!!

Generally very quick in resolving claims and the team is super helpful when you email call or chat but one of my claims has taken over two months and I am yet to get an answer on whether it will be approved or not.
