PRE EXISTING RULES NOT RIGHT
The only thing I question is-how can something be considered pre existing if it hadn"t been diagnosed yet? I realize there can be symptoms but saying its pre existing without being diagnosed is not right!!

They have been really good to deal with on many issues for Stella.
They have been really good to deal with on many issues for Stella. I am not particularly happy that they are not going to cover my blood pressure machine rental in the future but I will deal with that. I have to monitor my dogs pressures at home because they are always falsely elevated in hospital. Making changes to her meds based on falsely elevated high pressures could have deadly consequences.

I was very frustrated that my pets claim was taking so long when I had provided everything I was asked of. She listened to me, and provided a solution. Having pet insurance is a life saver. Especially when your pet has an unforseen accident. Thankfully this mishap was solved and now my pet can utilize her pet insurance quicker. Thank you Toni.
