They take way too long
They take so long with the claim process. I thought it was 1-2 days as they said but it's a lie. It takes almost a month or a month for them to process your claim. The service sucks. I tried to talk to them on the phone and waited an hour... And I contacted them through the online chat and even that took a long time? And I contacted them through email and it took them a week! Hire more people! But hey their wellness plan is a better deal than other companies.

I highly recommend Healthy Paws
I highly recommend Healthy Paws. It has been the best decision that I have made for my dog. Healthy Paws has allowed my dog to have a luxating patella surgery done on both of her knees and a revision surgery. They have saved me thousands of dollars. I'm very thankful for Healthy Paws.

Immediate response from Trupanion via text when the bill was submitted. However, it is not clear when you have to update your direct deposit to get the amount via bank transfer. I ended up getting it via cheque when I was expecting a bank transfer
