The claims are so easy to submit, and Trupanion keeps you up to date, every step of the way, and provides clear statements on why, or why not, you were allowed your claim. I've never had issues with them, like I have with other pet insurance, in the past.

There is absolutely NO justification for the recent hike in premiums.
There is absolutely NO justification for the recent hike in premiums. You are now pricing my 2-year old dog higher than my 6-year old dog. Both are mixed breeds, both female, both with perfect health records, both within 10 pounds of each other (40 lbs vs 30 lbs). I am shopping for alternate coverage.

Payment is usually very quick and hassle free and when I've needed to call I've never had a single unpleasant experience. That said, coverage is expensive and the price goes up constantly. Is it worth it? Yes, absolutely. Do I recommend it to others? Yes, constantly!
