Awesome to deal with. They’ve helped us with all our two dogs’ various issues - from epilepsy to ear infections to growths to allergies/skin conditions - both emergency and regular vet visits...all with no issues and without hiking up our monthly fee. Claims are processed quickly and if they need extra time to process, the refund for what was covered is direct deposited to my account. Easy and simple. Most importantly they’re their when we need them :)
