You guys are the best
You guys are the best! So easy to submit claims and turnaround time is quick. Never had any complaints or issues with this insurance. i recommend to all my friends. Definitely worth the monthly investment. Thanks for checking in on Addi after surgery, she's doing great!

Whole Pet & Wellness is the way to go
Our pet was recently hospitalized from an unknown stomach issue and had to see 3 separate vets/hospitals for diagnosis and treatment. Nationwide Whole Pet and & Wellness plan is amazing because we submitted the claims and heard back extremely fast and with our 90% reimbursement in our pockets within a week. Pet Insurance is the way to go.

We love Healthy Paws
We love Healthy Paws! I have three dogs and a cat. One of our dogs has allergy issues and another has recently started having seizures, so we have plenty of experience using Healthy Paws' service. The customer service is great, the claim process is simple and the reimbursements come back within a few days. I highly recommend them!

So thankful for Nationwide
My cat Judo has struggled with upper respiratory issues and bloody sneezing on/off for 2+ years. We've had Nationwide the whole time. We finally got to the bottom of it with extensive diagnostics recently and turns out he has fungus in his nose. :( Thankfully Nationwide covered 90% of the diagnostics (>$2000) and the subsequent 4 month supply of medication (>$1500). We would've treated him either way but Nationwide took a huge financial burden off of our minds and we are grateful for it!

Excellent Customer Service
Our dog had to have emergency surgery, which we did not hesitate to pay for. I obtained her medical records from the Vet and submitted a claim. Received an email stating claim was received and payment not long after. Totally satisfied knowing my fur baby's insurance is an excellent one. Thank you

A SURPRISE BLESSING
A pleasant surprise because I wasn't prepared for such amazing integrity from ANY insurance company! Healthy Paws has consistently lived up to their promises and has been an absolute blessing for me and my 4 legged family. One of my dogs has been an orthopedic nightmare over the years and he's still alive 10 years later! Recommend Healthy Paws to everyone I know.

Don't GIVE 10's as nothing is perfect, but we are completely satisfied with the insur. plan, cost climb each year a bit much.
This has been a great plan, altho each year the cost climb is disappointing, our BCBS family plan does not climb the way the, Nationwide Pet Plan climbs and that is a bit disappointing as the BCBS plan for people, really gets used "a lot" more than the Pet's. But Customer service is great to chat with and overall, our pet is healthy, happy is loving life each day!!!!

Healthy Paws has made it possible for Stubert to be sleeping with me tonight.
Sir Stubert, (Stubie) has had some ups and downs in his 8 years. When he was a puppy, he had a very complicated fracture of his femur. Healthy Paws covered the surgeries and the rehabilitation. Stubie went on to become a wonderful, sought after, Therapy Dog. Within the past year he's had a series of health issues, each of which have required extensive testing and treatments. Finally, and sadly, we now know that a very rare auto-immune disease has been causing him lots of troubles. Even a few years ago, we would have lost him. But thanks to some amazing veterinarians working as a team, Stubie now is receiving treatment. We're hoping by summer he'll be back making his visits with kids with special needs, stressed out students, eldery and disabled people, and .he'll be back to walks in the woods.
