It takes forever to get paid back for…
It takes forever to get paid back for vet visits. This year my dog was diagnosed with cancer. An he has have to have had surgery 3 times so his vet bills so far have totaled almost 25k. To no shock his policy is to renew on November 11th 2025 an to no surprise his policy has gone up over 150.00 so I went from paying 240.00 to 350.00 a month. When I asked why the increase was told due to the vets have increased so they need to as well. Funny part is my kids also have MetLife pet insurance an their insurance has not gone up.

Fast and easy claim process
Very fast process and was surprisingly easy to submit the claim and monitor it on the app. I set up direct deposit so I was able to get reimbursed very easily, although I would say setting it up was sort of buried in the app so I would suggest they make that easier to find since I stumbled across it.
