I have had Trupanion for 10 years. Every customer service representative I have spoken with is well informed, caring, respectful compassionate and pleasant to speak with. It's very simple to file a claim and responses to claims are received quickly.

I have to say that any contact I have any with any member of your team has been very professional courteous and resolution was received in a matter of minutes Trupanion is the the only dog insurance I have had so I am not able to do a comparison.

I can understand increasing due to everything else increasing but not because I submitted a claim.

I've gotten good service. This is the 2nd dog I insured with Trupanion. My previous dog had arthritis and many of the treatments were covered.

Monica is an excellent representative of your company.
Monica is an excellent representative of your company. She was extremely knowledgeable, answered all of my questions and we even chatted about other specific coverages such as medication, etc. should they come up. In addition to having an excellent understanding of her job, she was very friendly and didn't make me feel as though she was rushing through my phone call. She is an excellent source of knowledge, the customer is important, and should be recognized by the powers that be at Trupanion. Thank you for hiring such competent and friendly employees.
