I am very pleased with our choice of ASPCA Insurance for my pets. I recently submitted a claim (multiple claims) for one of my furbabies and the claim(s) were processed seemlessly ... from submission to review to deposit into my account was exactly 2 weeks, and there were 2 holidays in that period so I consider that very speedy. There were no hidden exclusions - EVERYTHING was covered, with the exception of taxes and medical waste. Given that our journey ended in sudden loss, I was quite relieved I didn't have to haggle or appeal anything regarding our claim(s). Best feeling knowing I can pay off that care credit account quickly! Although I hope I never need to submit a claim for my other pup, I am comforted knowing that this company made the process simple, covered expenses as described in literature, and was very sympathetic and caring in our time of grief. We truly believe we are in good hands with this policy.

What more could you ask for!!!

This company in unmatched in customer care and service and so easy to deal with. I have a rescue and two months after we rescued her, she was diagnosed with a need for knee surgery. Not a question asked; the Veterenarian Service did all the paperwork, got approval immediately, set up the surgical date, paid my copay and DONE!! Wonderful company

Claims Processing Issues as of Nov 2019

I've been Pets Best for over 10 years and up until recently have always been pretty happy. I did see significant hikes with the premium for my dog once he hit senior status (he's 12 now) but we've also had a fair amount of claims in conjunction with that, so I figured it is what it is. In the past claims were always processed very quickly, I think the longest it ever took was 2 weeks. Well that changed drastically in Nov 2019, when I submitted a claim that took 34 days to process. Today is Jan. 9 and the claim I submitted on Dec. 10 still hasn't been processed and with new claims now saying they'll take 25-35 days who knows when I'm ever going to see that reimbursement. When I am paying over $200/month for my dogs insurance (and that's with a $300/incident deductible) I expect better than this.

Best Insurance Company Ever

All of our dogs are insured by Embrace. One of our dogs recently got pneumonia and Embrace was great in covering her vet bills. Thank you Embrace for processing our claim quickly!
