Embrace pet insurance has been great with my beloved Sasha and me! My baby recently passed away and as you can imagine the pain is devastating; however, embrace pet insurance members have been amazing. Trupanion needed additional information prior to finalizing my claim. They emailed me about it, but because I was so busy, I forgot to respond. They followed up with an quick call and we were able to resolve the claim that day. Very pleased!
