Timely process
I have written a review when I thought your organization was doing poorly. I will now say that I think that things are getting a little better. I had problems with getting my claim done on a timely basis. I hope things get even better as far as processing claims. I feel I pay my bill on time so I would like the same consideration.

We have two puppies and are very happy with Pets Best Health Insurance. We did research and realized that most insurance will not cover well visits. Pets Best is different. When you have a puppy for the first 5-6 months there are many checkup, necessary shots, and check ups to see how the pup is growing. This comes to a lot of money especially with two puppies. They have saved us money and they are quick to refund us what is covered.

4-dog travel advisor - I am a travel expert in Cape Girardeau Missouri and am lucky to be blessed with four dogs. I have never had any problems with Pets Best Insurance. I literally upload a picture of my bill on my phone app at check out and within a few weeks I have a detailed breakout and payment in my bank. They have live people on the help desk and the hold times. I use Doug Spooler at Farmers to write the policy so I get double extra service. #elitetravelexperts #carolynsworld #PetsbestRocks

Peace of mind & an easy claims process
The ability of the vet to submit the expenses electronically makes this a very easy process. A detailed explanation of the insurance coverage is always quickly received and laid out very clearly. When necessary (and it has been necessary only once due to an issue with a delay with the emergency clinic’s submission of our claim). Trupanion personnel have been easy to work with and resolve issues.
