Wonderful service
My Husky ruptured a salivary mucocele seal and after several vet visits and attempts at getting it to heal, he ended up requiring surgery. Figo insurance allowed us to provide the absolute top care to our pup. The claims process is simple and payments were made on every claim (almost a dozen claims) within 48 hours. It is stressful enough having a sick or injured pet, trying to decide if you can afford to care for your pet properly shouldn't be a factor when making medical decisions for your furry family members. Having the peace of mind throughout this process, knowing I could provide my boy with the specialist care he needed is something I am very thankful to Figo for. I highly recommend them to any pet owner.

Excellent customer service, competitive rates, and great coverage make ASPCA insurance the right one for my big baby. I have had this insurance for over 2 years and it has more than paid for itself. My dog has had to have 3 surgeries and had some bladder issues. Insurance covered them all. And customer service has contacted me several times just to ask how my baby was doing. I am very pleased.

PetsBest has covered everything without question
PetsBest has covered both of my dogs TPLO surgeries (about $4k a piece plus the cost of meds and rechecks) and also cover his continual allergy issues (he gets immunotherapy injections that are very pricey). Without PetsBest, we would be in debt over our dog. Thanks so much!

Fast, easy, trouble free
My dog inhaled a piece of a vegetation branch which pierced a lung and caused a complicated and extremely expensive to treat medical condition. All diagnostic, surgeries and treatments has been promptly covered by Figo insurance after all paperwork and receipts scans submission online - they contacted veterinary facilities and issued electronic wire checks.
