Easy to submit claims and receive reimbursement. Called ahead of this current need and got good advice on how to handle all of this from your representative, who was there at night. Glad there are "after hours" folks around.

Trupanion is very quick with following up and reimbursing me when I put a claim in for my dog Humphrey. They are truly one of the best pet insurance out there . I would recommend them to any pet owner who has pet issues.

My vet confirmed this is a good co. also bills direct to vet rather than having to pay first and wait for reimbursement. 90% coverage is also better. Salesperson on phone was very helpful & knowledgeable.
