Getting Nationwide Pet Insurance will forever be the best choice I've made for Daisy!
My kids wanted a dog when they were growing up but I always said no. I told them Vet bills were expensive and I was afraid I wouldn't be able to give a dog the best care because I couldn't afford to. I finally gave in and we got Daisy when she was 4 months old. One of the first things I did was research pet insurance companies. I made the choice to go with Nationwide and it's truly the best decision I could have made! Every claim has been easy and quick. I've never had any problems at all. Thank you Nationwide!

MY DOG REVIS HAS HAD ALOT OF PROBLEMS. HE HAD TWO ALC OPERATIONS, PLUS HE HAS LOT OF MEDS, THAT HE NEEDS. I NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WHEN I SENT THE BILLS TO TRUPANION. I GOT MY MONEY VERY FAST.

Seems like a scam to me.
we called to get insurance for our 2 retrievers- with breeding coverage for the female. Ofcourse no discounts applies if we want this. They said we needed to get breeding riders for both otherwise the male dog will not be covered for testicular or prostate cancer. Shouldn't that mean then that all dogs would need to get breeding rider whether they are for breeding or not? But they claim that the rider is not needed for all pets, even though Retrievers run a high risk of testicular cancer- neutered or not. They said that if I don't get the breeding rider for the male dog as well, they will not cover testicular or prostate cancer. Ridiculous. Sadly they are one of a very few companies that offer breeding coverage at all. Then when we asked them to roll over our current insurance policy to the better one or cancel the current one right away to start the better policy.. they wont until 10 days from now and then they will start the waiting period only after that. Just very poor customer service! I don't blame the agent/rep. He seemed to be doing what he was asked to do! The whole company and their policies seems flawed! I wonder if they will even honour any claim in the end. They seemed so focussed on the exclusions! Ive asked to speak with a manager or underwriter... will see what happens. Just doesn't make any logical sense.

Trupanion has been a big part of our golden retrievers health and well being for 11years now. They have been outstanding to work with from a service and support level in addition to fast response time . Other than choosing her Vet ( Dr Honey) it was the best decision we made for Dakota. Whether it was her full hip replacement to the occasional ear infection Trupanion was supportive all the way through .No one every wants to have an issue with our pets ,but it is Very reassuring to know someone is going to be there when you need it. Thanks for delivering on what you promised. DAKOTA
