I sent an entire packet of forms and recipts by reguar mail end of November never heard anything back and now just finding out they never received anything as no one is working in the office due to the pandemic.

Waiting to see what happens
Previous claims for Kennel Cough were rejected because of inaccurate hospital notes. I will see how this new condition goes... Not feeling very confident about my experience or coverage with Trupanion.

The claim for which I recently received a check was fine but there is another pending soon that required a call to Trupanion about their interpretation of the estimate from the veterinarian.

It is still not quite right, as it appears some of the deductible has not been applied, and there are some charges for medications during the procedure which I feel should be covered and not denied.

Best Animal (dogs) Insurance out there!
Trupanion has responded promptly, and took slot of anxiety from me. I could concentrate on my dog and his success and recovery. I have recommended Trupanion to all dog animal guardians, especially new dog owners. Every time prior to COVID, I would always talk to people in the waiting room or at checkout, I would tell them of my 9 years of having Trupanion , it’s better than companies I have had since 1987.
