It was very easy to file my wellness claims for my 2 dogs at the Pets Best’s website. And, I was reimbursed within about 10 days right back into my checking account. Easy, Peasy.

Quick to take your money
Quick to take your money, but when you want to cancel they don’t want to refund it back for a claim they couldn’t even help with ! Don’t trust them ! I thought I was making the right choice with them for my puppy but I was wrong, definitely should’ve went with another insurance. Thanks for taking my money !

Flawless, prompt processing. with perfect communication from the time of filing to the time of payment
19+ year old cat. Still kicking. Overnight hospitalization and fluids for her amounted to over a thousand dollars. Claim was processed and it paid the insurance premium for both of my cats for two years.

The best choice I made for our pup
When we first got our rescue pup, I hesitated about the need to get pet insurance for her. Nearly a year later, I'm so glad I did. I'm extremely thankful for Healthy Paws who has been awesome to work with as our dog unexpectedly developed a number of medical problems. They have taken a lot of the stress out of the process, are quick with reimbursements, and overall have been amazing. They should go into human health insurance as they are much nicer to deal with than my own health insurance! Thanks Healthy Paws!

Nothing ‘happened’
Nothing ‘happened’. Nothing (bad) EVER happens, I submit my claims and reimbursements are made to my bank account directly in a timely manner. There are never ‘hidden’ denials, or delays in payment (other than my Husband’s delay in submission) so, All in all I have nothing ‘bad’ to say about ASPCA pet health insurance. It covers what it says, and gives me the peace of mind to know that I can treat my pets (members of my family) Without worrying about whether it will break my bank.

Peace of mind with a reliable insurer
I was skeptical about pet insurance, but I haven’t regretted it once since I insured my 4-year-old rescue mix just over two years ago. Healthy Paws offers a number of options (deductible, coverage rate etc.) and they’ve been really easy to work with. I’ve never had a claim denied — diagnostics, medications, and a surgery have all been covered at the agreed-upon rate without question. Because diagnostics are covered, I never have to think twice about having the vets do everything they can to find out what’s wrong when there’s a problem. Claims are easy to submit and they are processed quickly. As with any type of contract, read the policy documents, be sure you understand what is included and how the coverage works, and you won’t have any unpleasant surprises. It’s been worth every penny for me.

I KNOW insurance - and I am impressed
I work in the insurance industry so I know insurance. I am so impressed with Trupanion from the very start right down to the claim payments. When I call, I always get a live answer with a professional agent who is so personable, you could be talking with a friend. The claims process is simple - submit online, and fast - reviewed and processed in days. I can say that being a fur mom to 2 baby chihuahuas - unforeseen things happen. They just do. Trupanion understands this. They have been up front with coverage, they pay when eligible and process lightning fast. My fur babies have been insured for 6 months - and my eligible claim payments have taken care of 3.5 months worth of the premium I have paid. Insurance is something you need, but hope to never use - but when you DO need to use it, you need the insurance to be on your side. Trust Trupanion for this. I am so happy I did.
