Remi is a healthy 4 year old dog and out of the blue came down with a fever and started bleeding out of his nose. Luckily, he is ok now with it just being that he sniffed something up his nose and dislodged it on his own, but when it was happening the last thing I could think of was how we were paying for all of it. Thankfully we have Pets Best so we didnt have to worry as much knowing that most of it would be covered. Thank you SO much for everything you guys do and helping Remi out!

Good service
It is a bit expensive for my almost 17 year-old cat, but it covers almost 100% of her more often health issues. The company takes a while to reimburse claims.

Premiums increase as well as time to payment
The amount of time for claims has gone up considerably. At first it was blamed on increased claim volume but has persisted. Also read the fine print as to the premiums as the animal ages compared to the yearly maximum. As your animal ages and beads care the premiums will get closer to the benefit max.

Have a sick dog and at first was denied payments. After inquiring the reason and sending in necessary info from my vet all the claims were paid. Very happy with customer support and the help they gave me to correct the situation. They were always pleasant and helpful
