I've never had to question or call about one complaint as there never has been anything to complain about. So disappointed in this company.
So disappointed in this company. Premiums increase significantly every year, and the reasoning is highly questionable. Will never refer Trupanion to anyone and will never use it again for my next pet. The lady I spoke to the other day could care less, I'm sure she's growing tired of listening to dissatisfied customers. I know there's plenty of us based on your reviews.
