They have great customer service (you can easily get ahold of a real person) and fast reimbursements directly into my account. Worst pet insurance - very slow claim and denies your claim
Do not get Pets best policy - it too a month and half before i hear from them regarding my claim - and at the end - all of the claims were denied.

I've had Healthy Paws pet insurance for both of my cats for a number of years, and I'm so glad that I do. Both cats have had various health issues that have ended up costing a significant amount of money, which was stressful. But the Healthy Paws claims process is very simple and painless, and they process payments quickly. This has allowed me to focus on my cats' health and getting them better instead of having to repeatedly check in on the claims status and try to figure out what is going on. They even sent personal follow up emails checking on my cats. I have never wanted money to be a reason for not being able to get the best care for my pets.
