We are really grateful for Healthy Paws' support so we can focus on our pup's recovery!
Our doggie, Molly, was attacked and severely injured by a dog three weeks ago which resulted in a 2-night stay at the ER and then a week later another 8-night hospital stay for an advanced treatment due to the severity of her injury. Molly’s doctor asked if we had pet insurance because the recommended treatment was expensive and was pleased to hear that we had Healthy Paws, as Healthy Paws allows veterinarians to provide the care and treatments they recommend and would not request less effective procedures just because they are cheaper. Just as Molly’s doctor expected, Healthy Paws was incredibly supportive and processed/approved our claims within a week! They even emailed us to check in and see how Molly was doing. We are so grateful to have Healthy Paws on our side during this difficult time so we can give the most appropriate and effective treatment for Molly and help her recover quickly. We have been with Healthy Paws for five years. We love how Healthy Paws always treats our pets as one of their own. When our beloved kitty, Mocha, passed away last year, we received a handwritten card from the employees of Healthy Paws. The level of sincerity and care brought great comfort to us as we grieved our loss. We are so thankful for Healthy Paws’ support so we can always be strong for our pets during the most difficult times.

Healthy Paws Pet Insurance is the best!!!
Our yellow lab Rudy who is almost 2 years old was diagnosed with a rare malignant melanoma above his right eye. He required two surgeries. Healthy Paws gave us the ability to give him the best possible outcome. The claims were very easy to submit through the Healthy Paws app. The reimbursement turn around time was very quick. Happy being a part of the Healthy Paws family!
Being a pet parent can bring so much joy into your life, but in the blink of an eye , you can be faced with a medical emergency and the tough and expensive choices you must make to save your pet. Having been in this position, with thousands in veterinary medical debt in the past, we have chosen to insure our dogs. We have had four pets insured by another pet insurance company but this time, I did more research and had more choices. We are so happy we chose Healthy Paws. In the past month, our puppy was faced with two medical emergencies. We submitted our claims, had an immediate response, and processed claims in days, not weeks. Again, we couldn't be happier with our choice to insure our precious Teegan with Healthy Paws.
