Very easy system to sign up for pet insurance and the prices seem very reasonable. I am excited to see how it works out over the next few years!

Unclear direction
I have had this policy for six years and am filing my first claim and it has been nothing but a hassle for the last 10 days. Directions are never clear, no one calls, they send cryptic emails with directions and then ask you for the same thing several times.
