Recently switched from another insurer to Pets Best and filed my first well puppy claim. The process was fast and easy resulting in reimbursement within 2 weeks. I hope that future accident/illness claims goes as smoothly.

This insurance is amazing!
This insurance has been so beneficial. Our girl broke her toe while playing. Trupanion has been the best. Our Vet submits claims and before we are ready to check out Trupanion has responded. Due to her injury Ruby requires seeing the Vet twice a week for bandage changes. Trupanion picks up 90% of what is covered. After pondering whether pet insurance was truly needed, this injury has proven how wise it was to purchase Trupanion and Trupanion has proven how they are helpful to us.

I am totally amazed at the service and coverage received from Trupanion! When I joined I joined thinking that if I needed this coverage then it would be a fight all the way for coverage and reimbursement of claims but I still wanted something for my mixed large breed dog, Mya. Unfortunately not even 2 yrs old Mya diagnosed with seizures and Trupanion have blown me away with great customer service and coverage!!! After each vet visit I get a text AND email detailing coverage and amount paid, they are very thorough and quick with payment and sooooo easy to deal with. I am so thankful I signed up to Trupanion and recommend it to everyone I speak with who has a pet. My heartfelt thanks to you Trupanion for all you do and Mya sends lots of love for helping me take such good care of her!!!!!!

Great company
My dog Jazmine had a growth removed. The surgical site then got infected. Healthy Paws was great about paying for the original surgery and then all the bandage changes ( every 3 days for weeks) and antibiotics. So glad we had then

I had questioned the premium increase…
I had questioned the premium increase that hit my credit card and a customer rep, Kat, helped me understand what happened. Ultimately, Kat and Trupanion resolved the issue with an unbelievable customer-oriented resolution. I am a loyal Trupanion customer for life and would go out of my way to refer them to my friends and family who are looking for a great solution to pet insurance. Over-the-top excellent service and company.
