Quick and efficient claim processing
Nationwide continues to provide prompt and efficient claim processing for both of my dogs. I appreciate the ease of submitting a claim, and also being able to have the reimbursement sent electronically to me.

Reimbursement time is way too long.
The auto pay app is crap, and a REAL PITA. AND the reimbursement time for checks tskes way too long. You guys say it's as easy as taking a picture of the vet bill and emailing it to you. That doesn't work either. So, maybe you should go back to the drawing board and think about your paying clients ease of use, rather than thinking of yourselves.
