I liked the process and it was easy but the person on the phone was just not happy sounding and it seemed like I was bothering him with my questions. I personally work in customer service and I think it’s important to sound happy and answer questions politely. Otherwise the experience was good.

Reliable and fast
Our puppy got into and eat raisins (can be very toxic) and we had to rush her to the ER vet. After a hospital stay and a big bill we were so thankful we had pet insurance! It was super simple to submit the claims via the app and we had the reimbursements in less than two weeks! Definitely recommend!

Happy so far!
I’ve had this insurance for two dogs for 3 years now and have only now had to file several claims. (our poor doggos are having a rough month.) still waiting on one big claim but the first two were processed faster than initially estimated and the reimbursement was the expected amount and came very fast. Filing the claims was easy. Premiums have gone up by about $10 every year, which isn’t too bad given that our German Shepherd is now a senior. I appreciated that I was able to customize each dogs coverage when setting things up. Thus far it’s helped to make a very stressful time a little less stressful.
