Its takes so much stress away when you have to take your pet to the vet or vet hospital because Trupanion pays their portion directly to the vet. They keep right on top of it. My call was taken promptly and Christopher kindly answered all my questions. He confirmed that nothing had recently been submitted by my vet and then took the time to explain how to file a claim online. I was then able to easily submit the information. It's really nice to be able to speak directly to a person (I prefer speaking with a person rather than an online chat). I also very much appreciated that Christopher was genuinely interested in Wolfe's well-being. Thank you for the great service!
