Review of trupanion signup process
Was pretty straight forward. All questions clearly answered. Reason not a 10: when talked with first rep was told the reg fee would be waived since would have Code from vet. But when called yesterday to signup, with code from vet, your rep said reg fee would not to waived. Annoying. I hope not indicative of service in the future.
