So glad to have insurance!
When our dog ate a foreign object that required surgery, we were so glad to have Healthy Paws pet insurance. The claim process was easy and they approved our claim as we'd hoped. It saved us thousands of dollars! Cannot recommend it highly enough.

BEST customer service of any company
I've had Trupanion for over 8 years, ever since my two Labradors were a few weeks old. They have offered me the best customer experience I have ever experienced. Over the the years, I have had to use the insurance extensively. Whenever I needed to file a claim, I would simply email them with the vets' invoices attached, explaining in one sentence what the invoice is for. I would get the invoice accepted, approved, and deposited into my bank account within two or three days. I.e. I would have the money long before my credit card payment was due. For long-term care issues (e.g. allergies), I would simply send any new invoices via email referencing the original claim and I would get those invoices reimbursed within days and without being subject to deductible (which had already been met in the original claim). Years after the original claim, they kept reimbursing ongoing care without having a deductible re-applied. The ease of use and speed with which they respond to my emails and reimburse my claims is truly amazing. But when Trupanion truly amazed me was when my dog was diagnosed with cancer. Trupanion paid out all the medical claims (per policy), which were substantial. When we had to put our dog to sleep, they covered that expense too and sent us a letter with their condolence. More importantly, they automatically cancelled our dog's policy retroactively to the day we put him to sleep, reimbursing us for all excess premiums. I did not have to contact them nor do any follow-up. In such trying times, it is great to have such administrative work done for you. Trupanion makes it extremely easy to use the policy and their customer service puts you first. I highly recommend Trupanion to anyone. Oh, and did I mention there are no maximums in their payouts? Your are insured all the way, so your pet can get all the medical care needed: never did we need to second guess our vet because the recommended treatment was expensive.

Best Pet Insurance
Kona is the "Prettiest Girl in the Universe" and is now 9 (!!) years old. We brought her home at 3 months old and shortly after that we began the search for pet insurance. We wanted to ensure she had the best health plan and care possible. After much research we chose Healthy Paws Insurance. We were/are satisfied with the service and type of policy available. Over the years we thankfully have not submitted many claims but were comforted knowing Healthy Paws was there if needed. Recently Kona decided she needed more attention (if that's possible) by completely tearing a cruciate ligament. She required surgery to fix the ligament and several issues with her meniscus. Healthy Paws was with us and made it easy to get Kona the much needed surgery. She is now on a rehabilitation program and is doing well. Healthy Paws even reached out and asked how she was doing. We are greatful for their help and caring. I highly recommend Healthy Paws for every pet. Thank you, thank you to Healthy Paws!

Protect your puppy!
The website had been down when I was trying to make a claim, so naturally I was a little frustrated. Patty, the manager, reached out to help me out and gave me some top not customer service to help me with my claim and inform me of the website going through some servicing. I appreciated the fast response and the manner of which we were helped. I am glad to have Prudent Pet insurance for my little puppy, Merlin. We just want to be able to give him the best care and are able to do that with Prudent Pet. I recommend this pet insurance company for the excellent customer service care.

A Truly Wonderful Companion During Difficult Times
I never imagined myself writing a glowing review of an insurance company, but I also never imagined the difficulties of caring for, and losing, a sick pet. In contrast to the many challenges presented by our dog's illness, which unfortunately was never fully diagnosed before his passing, Trupanion was a source of comfort and reassurance. Every single interaction with them was pleasant and supportive. I don't know how they've managed to create such a positive culture and philosophy, but it shows. I recommend them very highly, and look forward to being a customer for our next pet.
