So far at enrollment fabulous customer service
The customer service person Julie was fabulous at explaining things and the first two times I called and the second time when I actually signed up I did not have to wait on the line and the service was fabulous. Now I don't know if I can actually recommend trupanion until I've had to use it but so far the experience of just enrolling has been outstanding.

Trupanion does not cover what all insurance companies to ie: neutering pet. This is difficult as I am planing the surgery in April and it is a costly expense. Hopefully Trupanion will prove itself with its very high fees...
