More than 5 Stars!
There are not enough stars when it comes to Trupanion! We have a Great Dane who has encountered some challenges as he ages; Trupanion is RIGHT THERE! This past December, we were able to have an MRI for Cooper without worrying about the cost of it. Such a great company - all around. Great insurance, great customer service, great benefits - Thank you, Trupanion. The health of our beloved Cooper will never be an issue!

Highly Recommend PetsBest!
I've had PetsBest for about 3 years and they've always been reliable and true to their word when it comes to reimbursements. We have three (expensive) pet emergencies where I was so very glad I had PetsBest. I highly recommend that to anyone that has a fur-baby!!!

I had it for one year and it was the biggest regret I’ve ever had. They take months to file a claim. The customer service is absolutely no help. They tell you conflicting solutions. All they do is take your money and run with it with no help to your pet.

Pets Best has been great
Pets Best has been great. They have helped me throughout tuff times with my Bella. Unfortunately I had to put her down last week. Cancer sucks. She was the best dog ever. I wish I would have gotten pet insurance years ago. I highly recommend Pets Best. I recommend to all my fur parent friends to now get pet insurance. You never know what could happen to your fur babies. Vet bills can be overwhelming.

Highly recommend Trupanion
Highly recommend Trupanion for pet insurance. Sadly, my Labrador Retriever was diagnosed with elbow dysplasia and cruciates disease at a very young age. Essentially, she has four bad legs! As a pet owner, I found this so disheartening. Thankfully, we bought pet insurance when we first got her as a puppy. Equally thankful that dealing with Trupanion is effortless. I especially like that there is direct billing through our vet, and also through the vet hospital. Unfortunately we didn’t add the rider that covers hydrotherapy and laser therapy until after her diagnosis - so we’re out of pocket for these expenses. As such, for an extra ~$5 per month, I highly recommend a person to invest in the rider as well. Needless to say, Trupanion is by for the best pet insurance company. I have friends with pet insurance through other companies, and they’ve had nothing but trouble in dealing with them. Trupanion ROCKS!

The best investment for your pet
The best investment for your pet! I got insurance for my teacup Chihuahua as a puppy & Trupanion has been great. When he got really sick in 2018 they were super helpful - covered costs in bot Canada and the US. They knew me every time I called in by my phone# & always asked how my dog was doing. I received a card signed by everyone I had dealt with over the two month period -so sweet! They paid over $55,000 in costs which gave us 2.5 extra years with our furbaby. When he passed in Jan/21 they refunded part of the monthly premium and cancelled the policy (without me having to deal with anything) and I received a condolence card in the mail signed by everyone. Great thoughtful company!! Premiums can go up - it’s insurance that’s the way it works. 100% worth it thank you Trupanion.
