This has been my first experience with a claim and the company has been speedy and helpful. When I called to ask a question about my claim I had a positive and helpful person answering my questions. She was empathetic and very kind. Age didn't make me feel foolish about my question and we had a nice conversation about our dogs and situation my dog got into. It felt like I was speaking with a friend.

Great coverage but delayed processing.
Overall the experience was pretty painless. There was a delay in receiving my claim to processing the claim to sending out the payment. But I am happy we have the coverage.
