Customer Service reps are wonderful, friendly, compassionate and very efficient. So happy I signed up for Trupanion 13 years ago for my precious mini Dachshund we have had 3 major (very very very expensive) surgeries and thank Goodness for Trupanion worth every cent I’ve paid for the insurance.

I wasn’t expecting to get anything as we were scheduled for a dental cleaning after her previous treatments.
