Bethany was both super kind and super knowledgeable. I felt supported and valued, and I haven't submitted a claim yet. This is my second call for information since joining and both representatives have been equally great - informative, genuinely concerned for my pet and very easy to speak with. I don't think anyone is excited to pay for their pet insurance - choosing is overwhelming, but these interactions have made me happy to have chosen Trupanion.

Exceptional Service, Pets these days have better insurance in USA than us Humans. Maybe Trupanion should try and do a reverse merger and a takeover of United Health Care as soon as possible... Something to ponder ...
